Result of General Meeting

Edenville Energy Plc (AIM: EDL), the AIM quoted company developing the Rukwa coal project in southwest Tanzania, announces that at the General Meeting (“GM”) of the Company held earlier today in London, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.

The votes were cast as follows in respect of shareholders who have appointed the Chairman of the GM as their proxy:

The Company announced on 23 January 2020 that it raised £700,000 (before expenses) by way of a placing of 1,750,000,000 new ordinary shares of each in the Company at a placing price of per Ordinary Share with existing shareholders through Brandon Hill Capital Limited (the “Placing”). As envisaged, following the passing of the Resolutions, subscribers to the Placing will now be issued with one warrant for every two Placing Shares subscribed for under the Placing (the “Warrants”). The Warrants will have an exercise price of per Ordinary Share and must be exercised prior to 23 January 2022 otherwise they will lapse.
